High performance preparation

Altus Performance Europe started in 2018 at Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil.
This academy welcomes professional players as well as young emerging talents (ages 12–25) through a variety of programs:
1. A fulltime program with sport and study

The “Full Time” sport-study program at Altus Performance Europe Academy, based at the prestigious Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil, is designed for young golfers who aspire to combine athletic ambition with academic success in an exceptional environment.
Designed as a true pathway to elite performance, this program offers a structured annual schedule, combining an intensive training volume with personalized academic support. Thanks to our partnership with Acadomia, school timetables are tailored and integrated directly within the golf, ensuring compliance with official curricula. This approach allows players to progress with confidence, without compromising either performance or their academic future.
Training is built on a comprehensive approach: technical development, on-course tactical work, golf-specific physical preparation, and mental coaching. Each player benefits from a personalized plan, tailored to their age, level, and objectives—whether pursuing a professional career, a U.S. college pathway, or an academic track.
The facilities are one of the program’s major strengths. Players train in a high-performance environment featuring modern practice areas, dedicated short-game facilities, analysis studios equipped with the latest technologies, as well as spaces for physical training and recovery. The Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil course, host of an event on the HotelPlanner Tour, provides an ideal setting for real-life situations and competition preparation.
Finally, daily life is organized around the site: training, academics, and accommodation are all brought together in one place, fostering total immersion in performance within a safe and supportive environment, conducive to focus and personal development.
The “Full Time” program at Altus Performance Europe thus represents a pathway of excellence for young golfers seeking to build an ambitious sporting project while securing their academic future under optimal conditions.
Franck Daux and Maxime Debs, together with the external specialists they work with (strength and conditioning coach, mental coach, physiotherapist, chiropractor, club fitter), ensure that each player benefits from optimal support and a high-quality training environment.
Their work is coordinated with that of Altus Performance USA, led by Cameron McCormick.
2. “Week camps” during school holidays:
Altus Performance Europe’s Week Camps are intensive training programs held during school holidays, from Monday to Friday. Designed for motivated young golfers, they combine technical training, short game work, and course strategy. Participants are accommodated directly on the golf estate, with all meals included, ensuring full immersion and an environment that fosters rapid improvement.
